I had taken on so many layers of other people's truth, that I didn't even know my own.

Buy Yourself came from me and my journey as I learnt how to peal off all these layers that I took on to "fit in". How I called out my bullshit stories and wrote my own. It's about awareness and understanding that there is only one way for you - Your way.

And you get to choose it. You get to choose the stories, beliefs, values, behaviours and habits that you do on a daily basis, that will create a life - Your life.
